Craniosacral Therapy in North and Central London with Max Mainini

Craniosacral Therapy is a subtle and profound hands-on therapy that assists the body's natural capacity for self repair.

If you have had Craniosacral therapy before, then you will know first-hand how powerful and healing it is, and how it helps the body release held trauma and tensions as well as helping to re-establish optimal health, energy & functioning in your system.

Our bodies are always trying to maintain an optimal level of health, but on occasion, perhaps because of emotional or physical trauma, lowered immunity and other factors, it gets stuck and needs assistance to free up its healing potential. Craniosacral therapy does exactly that, in a gentle non-invasive way by releasing stresses, blockages and contractions in any area of the body that they are located, allowing energy to flow evenly throughout and the body to get back into a state of balance and harmony - for more info see About Craniosacral Therapy

I run busy clinics in North and Central London, treating a wide range of illnesses that often include - Musculo-skeletal pain, Injuries, Fatigue and exhaustion, Stress and anxiety, Nervous tension, Depression, Insomnia and poor sleep, Low immunity, Sciatic pain, Hormonal problems, Digestive problems, Headaches & Migraines. I also regularly treat babies between the ages of one week and 1 year, helping with issues such as colic, constant crying and interrupted sleep patterns.

As well as running busy clinics, I currently run a specialist craniosacral clinic that treats Chronic Fatigue and I am a supervisor in the student clinic of the best Craniosacral colleges in the UK.

Testimonials

"I developed sciatica last year sometime, and not really got rid of it, until I tried Craniosacral Therapy. I friend told me about it so I thought I would give it a try as I had nothing to lose. I went twice a week for a few weeks and I noticed a change after just one session. Not had a problem since" (MN - London)

"I suffered from severe anxiety and panic attacks that seemed to start after giving birth to my fourth child earlier this year. I really wanted to avoid taking the medication my GP suggested and one day when it was particularly bad I went to get craniosacral therapy as someone told me it might help. Within a few treatments, my whole nervous system was much calmer and I now feel so much better. Interestingly, since having Craniosacral treatment a few other issues I had previously have cleared up too." (JL - North London)
